Roxy15 Posted October 14, 2013 Share Posted October 14, 2013 Macaroni & Cheese: Boil 2 cups of elbow macaroni until done; drain. In a sauce pan, heat one can of low sodium cream of mushroom soup, do not add water to it. Mix in 6 to 8 ounces of Velveeta Cheese and about a cup of Cheddar Cheese; cut up the cheese so it melts better, you want a thick sauce. When the cheese is melted, add about 3/4 cup of sour cream. Mix sauce and macaroni; transfer to a 9x9-in. baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Add bread crumbs if you wish. Bake at 350 degrees until done and the top is nice and brown.
