Roxy15 Posted October 30, 2013 Share Posted October 30, 2013 Dinner Rolls: 1 Cup Plus 2 T. Warm Water 1/3 Cup Oil 2 T. Yeast 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1 Egg 3-1/2 Cups Bread Flour Or All-Purpose Flour Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine water, oil, yeast and sugar. Stir to combine and let rest for 15 minutes. At medium speed, add salt, egg and flour. Knead with dough hook until flour is thoroughly mixed in and the dough is soft and smooth-(approximately 2-3 minutes.) Divide dough into 12 balls and place in a lightly greased 9x13-in. pan. Let rest for 10 minutes. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Quote Link to comment
