Roxy15
We liked these a lot. They are much easier to make rather than frying them and they are healthier for you too. Hidden Valley Pork Chops: 1-Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper, Or To Taste 6 Pork Chops-(I Used 3)-About 3/4-in. Thick Dash Paprika In a bowl, mix Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix with pepper and paprika. Rub mixture on both side of pork chops. Arrange pork chops in a single layer on baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. ***I let them bake for 10 minutes, then turned them over and let them bake for 15 more minutes. Quote Link to comment
rawhide
My wife likes to buy those really thin sliced boneless chops and uses that seasoned butter packets. It's pretty good but this sounds better. Gotta give it a try. Quote Link to comment
Roxy15
Hope you like it:) I like that it is easy to make. I am going to make these again tonight, except use pork steaks. I mixed the paprika in the seasoning mixture and pepper...you can just sprinkle the paprika on top of the chops instead if you want. Quote Link to comment
