Creamy Ranch Crockpot Potatoes: 2 lbs. Small Red Potatoes 1 Can Cream Of Potato soup 1-(8-oz.)-Brick Of Cream Cheese, Softened 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet 1/2 Cup Water Quarter red potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, mix together Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet, cream cheese, water and potato soup. Add potatoes and mix until all of the potatoes are nicely coated. Put potatoes in the Crockpot. Set the Crockpot to low and cook, covered, for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. ***The time depends on your Crockpot. ***Stir once to prevent burning around the edges. Quote Link to comment
