Roxy15 Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 Artichoke Dip: 2-(21-oz.)-Jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts 1-(4-oz.)-Can Diced Green Chiles, Drained 2 Tsp. Chopped Pickled Jalapeno-(Or To Taste) 3 Green Onions, Chopped 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese Drain and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts. Combine with all remaining ingredients. Spoon artichoke mixture into a baking dish lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly around the edges. Serve with Tortilla chips and/or an assortment of crackers. Quote Link to comment
