Roxy15 Posted March 2, 2014 Share Posted March 2, 2014 Blackening Seasoning For Fish: 1 T. Paprika 2 Tsp. Dry Mustard 1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper 1 Tsp. Cumin 1 Tsp. Black Pepper 1 Tsp. White Pepper 1 Tsp. Dried Thyme 1 Tsp. Salt Mix together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. If not using immediately, store in an airtight container. Quote Link to comment
