Roxy15 Posted May 25, 2014 Share Posted May 25, 2014 Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots With Dipping Sauce: Thick Cut Peppered Bacon Olive Oil Salt & Pepper 1 Cup Sour Cream 1 Tsp. Hot Sauce Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.Slice the potatoes into same size pieces, add to a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, season with salt and cook for 5 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost cooked through.Drain the potatoes, season with salt and pepper.Slice bacon into thirds, wrap each potato with a slice of the bacon, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flip the potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes.Mix the sour cream and Hot Sauce together and serve in a bowl off to the side to use as a dipping sauce for the bacon-wrapped tater tots.
