Mavric
Six members of the Nebraska men’s basketball program were honored for their classroom achievements on Monday, as they were named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. The spring 2014 honorees include Shavon Shields, Tai Webster, Leslee Smith, Trevor Menke, Nathan Hawkins and Tim Wager. It is the sixth straight time that Menke has been on the honor roll, while Shields has qualified in each of his four semesters at Nebraska. Webster, Hawkins and Wagner were on the honor roll in both semesters of the 2013-14 academic year. Student-athletes earned a spot on the honor roll by posting a 3.0 GPA or better during the spring semester. In all, Nebraska had 321 student-athletes qualify for the honor roll this spring, including 41 with perfect 4.0 GPAs. Huskers.com Quote Link to comment
