Also, I've read from other news sources that the 15 year old girl intiated the sexting with nude pictures of herself yet she has not been charged with anything. http://time.com/#2971033/virginia-police-search-warrant-photos-sexting-teen-genitals/ The teen’s aunt told NBC Washington last week that local officers have already taken photos of her nephew’s genitals, but now want photos of an erection, too, to compare with evidence.
