I hate peeling garlic and I finally found an easy way to peel garlic. I tried this tip today when getting something ready for dinner tonight and it works. This tip is from Ina Garten on foodnetwork.

 

Separate the cloves from each head and drop into boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and peel each clove then set aside.
