Scratchtown Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 How in the world is Colorado on that list? I've been told (in 2013) that their athletic department is basically bankrupt. Most schools don't make $ from sports. I think there may be less than 20 football programs that make a profit. Doesn't mean the school is also broke. I get that.
