Roxy15 Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Chicken/Beef/Tri Tip Rub: 1/2 Cup White Sugar 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt 1/4 Cup Paprika 2 T. Chili Powder 2 T. Fresh Ground Black Pepper 2 T. Garlic Powder 1/2 T. Cayenne Pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly, or place in a container with a lid and shake well for about 1 minute.When using this rub, sprinkle a good amount on the meat and allow the meat to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to give the rub time to penetrate the meat.
