Roxy15 Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 Grilled Potato Nibbles: Potatoes, Bite-Size Pieces Bacon, Cut In Half Olive Oil Salt Pepper Rosemary, Minced Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Par-boil until barely fork tender. Drain and cool. Place in bowl and add oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Toss to coat well. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around potato piece and secure with a toothpick. Put indirectly on grill until bacon is crisp. Quote Link to comment
