Roxy15 Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 We have tried to order something from Sears over the web for days and have placed the same order more than once and the order says it went through and then it says it didn't then the credit card gets billed then we have to call them and tell them that the order didn't go through and to take it off the credit card. Called them again last night and the same thing happened so we give up and will have to call them again to take it off the card. They said there is a glitch. Just thought I would warn anyone in here who is thinking of ordering something from sears over the web. It has been a big headache! 1 Quote Link to comment
