Roxy15
Today I will post a variety of recipes. I post recipes in spurts so check back off and on if you want. I try and post recipes that you can prep ahead of game time. I don’t care to be in the kitchen when the game is on either. Crockpot Chile Con Queso: 1-(32-oz.)- Velveeta Cheese Loaf 10-oz. Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1-(1-lb.)-Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage 1 Whole Yellow Onion, Diced 1 Whole Jalapeño, Or More To Taste Using a non-stick sprayed skillet, cook sausage and onions until brown, drain some of the fat from the skillet. Cube Velveeta loaf. add cubes to browned sausage and onion mixture. Add can of Rotel-(juice and all)-and stir over low heat Cut the top and bottom off the jalapeño, slice into matchsticks, then rotate and slice to create a fine dice. Leave seeds and white membrane in for a spicy version or remove them for a milder version; add to Queso and stir. Use a fondue pot or crockpot to serve hot! Serve with Tortlla Chips or your favorite chips etc. Quote Link to comment
