Strawberry Freezer Jam:

For every half pint of jam you want, you will need:

 

1 -2/3 cup of strawberries

2/3 cup sugar

2 tbsp freezer pectin

 

Clean and hull the berries.

 

Mash then very well with a potato masher.

 

Mix pectin and sugar in a separate bowl then add to the berries.

 

Put in your containers-(you can use freezer jars or plastic containers.)

 

Let sit on the counter for 30 minutes then freeze.

 

***Don’t make more than. 6 containers per batch Or the pectin won’t set properly.
