Correct on the Field vs Correct in the Film Room

Recommended Posts

I am guessing that one of the problems with the Huskers is the lack of on field correction and repetition. Maybe the great athletes that don't play can't make the corrections by watching their mistakes on film and trying again at the next practice? When I played, it helped to have someone immediately correct me, and then repeat the effort until I had it right. Maybe this is the cause of our kicker problems? Do the kickers get to practice with the in game long snapper and holder, or do they just kick from a tee? Something must be wrong with the way the team practices, there are too may great players on the bench and too may dumb mistakes, all with no improvement over four years.
