Let’s be honest. Dylan has def made our program better and played his a$$ off. Since he was a freshman last year until now, he has been doing pretty well. Nitpick all ya want to, he’s pretty freaking good. Plenty of starts against all types of teams, he could def improve. I’m glad he’s out QB and i think we are better with him.
TJ played some mop up duty early on and looked good. Against USC in the lights and pressure, not so good. Did everything he could/should against a bad UCLA team.
To dismiss how bad we have been and actually have a Dylan type that makes us better, get over yourselves. He has been a really good player for us.
Now we have the “backup.” TJ did everything to win the UCLA game and build his confidence. Let’s see if it translates. I hope it does.
I just don’t like casting negative and I don’t want to get too high. The whole entire team must be ready to take on PSU. If we win and TJ is good, it won’t just be because of him.
If we lose and it’s close, it won’t be because we didn’t have DR. These last 2 games are a full on team effort.
