It was a damn good game. We still lost. To quote Herm Edwards: "You play to win the game." I agree with you losing sucks, and but we can still acknowledge that it was a fun game to watch while also still analyzing why we keep always losing these close games.

I sure hope so. It boggles my mind that a man that played in Tom Osborne's offense struggles so much in designing an offense around a power running game, and staying commited to the run game. At lease we all know now next year is win big or bye-bye.

Adrian may have the Nebraska all-time stats record, but at the end of the day Wins-Losses is where it matters. It's time to turn the page from the Adrian Martinez being the quarterback for Nebraska. Starting in 2022.

We had the ball 1st and 10 and 3 timeouts before the penalty and before the YOLO balls started flying. It's just baffeling.

This goes back to what I was saying earlier about Frost's ability to manage the game.

So I went back and watched Martinez's last INT...stop me if you heard this before...he actually had the running back as his check down wide open in the flat.

Just take time to watch and appreciate this Wisconsin's offense on this drive. Yes, it's not flashy, but it is PHYSICAL.

At times he thinks he's Aaron Rodgers, but someone said it earlier and I agree...he plays like he wants to be Patrick Mahomes.

I know Scott Frost wants Adrian back next year, but if I had to guess I think an overwhelming majority of Cornhusker fans are ready to turn the page.

I hate that Wisconsin scored, but from just a pure football standpoint I LOVE watching Wisconsin's offense. You know what they're going to do, and they just lineup under-center and execute over and over again with their big O-line and big back.

I have no doubt Austin Allen will be drafted in NFL. The dude has the size, catch radius, and blocking skills to succeed at the highest level.

This is where Scott Frost really struggles as a Head Coach. He can design some clever plays, but he is terrible at managing the game.

Things that need to change in 2022 with a new offensive coordinator: Nebraska MUST become a run first team. If you think we are right now, you're fooling yourself.

Instead of trying to establish the run to start the 2nd half Nebraska decides to go with a YOLO play, and essentially gives Wisconsin a free start to controlling the momentum.

Every time Martinez has a guy WIDE OPEN he always rushes his throw instead of setting his feet.
