I have for the past 6 years and before that when he was our DC. When you get paid to coach at an elite program there are ZERO excuses for "we are just not that good". You are held accountable and yes even your job is on the line for the sh**ty product you put out. ELITE I MUST HAVE MISSED THAT ONE.

After five years, this is the defense you have waited for.Gave up 63 points to a Ohio St. team that is good but we made them look no. 1. Gave up 36 points to a U.C.L.A. a team that is now not even in the top 25.I hope nobody says after we beat Northwestern well I think we should be in the top 10, our offense is great and I think were on the right track. That’s a good one. We do not have a great team right now, reality ck. What we have is a good team. Maybe our expectations are a little too high for our Huskers. I don’t believe we have won a championship since…………………………1997. I don’t think we are is bad as we think we are and not as good as we think we are. Maybe somewhere right in the middle. i hate to say it but me as a husker fan and the majority of fans are as the wind blows. we win and all is right with the world, we lose and there must be a problem. now if we win 9 or 10 games a year now thats a big problem, mainly because there are no confrence titles or no bcs bids or national championships and etc. etc.... you do the math.i think we need to stick with the coach and with these kids and let them figure it out. whatever we think as fans this team is making progress. we have not won a championship since ..........1997. it is not like we are gifts to the college football world. take some humble pie and have patience we have good coaches and talent.

i'm going to say no, i think this was the game changer. this quarterback if he could not pass he would run and alot of times we did not have a answer for him. the replacement quarterback was 1-11 passing and not productive at all.

i do not think nebraska fans are pathetic, but in the same sentense i personally do not think we are as good as we think we are as a whole. nebraska fans think very highly of their team as we all should but you got to remember the last time we won a championship was.................. 14 years ago. thease kids are young and they will get better .
