Our coach not wearing a husker shirt.This guy is pure evil.How dare he bring his west coast offense to a running school.He ruined millions of lives.This coach should be fired right now!!!Former is right ,this coach should hold a press confrence and tell the whole Husker nation how he ruined 100 years of Husker football by trying to be a balance football team.I think the world is going to end!!

Does anybody know the exact date for the spring football game. I need to start getting my plane ticket and hotel room.

Since the 2005 season is over, who is the MVP of the team. #1-Zac Taylor.I belive he saved the football program. #2-Cory Ross.Was the best runner and a good receiver.Class act. #3-Linebacking core.Without Stu,Rudd, and Corey, the huskers might be 4-8. Last, it is nice to be back.It's been a couple of months since I have been on the message board.From 5-6 to 8-4 with a bowl win, I think we a starting to see a turnaround with the football program.Congrats to the 2005 team.What a rollercoaster of a season.Can't wait for 2006. This is Black Label Society talking to you.Why did you leave a response to my post to you about the tech afterthought in the Woodshed.First I don't have a password to read your remark.This message board is about writing what we like and don't like about our football program.Some take it personnal than others.Read my post again and wright what you like and don't like about it in this forum so i can read it.Your dislike about the coaches and AD are well documented.This post in the tech afterthought wasn't an attack on you.I was just stateing some facts about the program.If you want to rip the program then you will have people disagreeing with you.It's call debateing. Be a man and tell me the response on here and don't hide it in the woodshed.

Why does ff always bring up the 2003 season.It's likes he thinks that team is the greatest in huskers history.The team went 10-3.They didn't win the Big12 North. They didn't win the Big12 title.They won the Alamo Bowl.The Alamo Bowl.The score was 17-3.That sure beats the 95 team and the destruction the team put on Florida. FF thinks Frank was the greatest coach in huskers history.Frank no rings.Tom won 3 rings.Tom went 60-3 his last 63 games.Frank went 16-10.We all know you hate this team(coaches,players,and everyone who works for this football program). Maybe you hate Milt who gave praise to the football program.Also McBride has said good things about were the football is headed.People will respect your points but all you do is rip everything about this program.Your hatered for this football team is getting to the point is Why are you still a fan.USC is doing everything right,so why not become a fan of theirs.Everyone should have a opnioin, but to you, Bill will never do any thing right.If everything is about wining National Titles than Tom failed 22 of the 25 years.Frank failed big time.And right now Bill hasn't got a passing grade yet.YET.Remember it took Tom 23 years to win a Title.This team is starting to show improvements,but your hatred has got you blind.So what Bill isn't from Nebraska.Neither is me,so does that mean I can't root for my huskers like I have been since 1982.Bill is a WCO coach who was hired to teach option players. You will see improvements.They didn't build rome in one day.

Right on!! This season this team has become a TEAM.Once Bill started to get rid of all the motions the offense has started to click.I'm starting to see improvements in all the young players.Zakk was 21-35 today.The last two games he has a good completion %.Bill is useing all the running backs and all the wide receivers.The defensive is almost back to the level of the top BLACKSHIRTS that have roam the field.This was a great game and just think if we won this game.

I couldnt agree more. It went from a team that was a top 2 team almost every year, one that won 300 games in 30 years, to a 5-6 team. I dont like that turnaround. We went from running the ball 70 times a game to having a balance offense. Our last real passing QB was Vince F. in the 70's.Option team to a pro-style team.You really think 100 years of running every play was going to change in one year.Let's see P.Manning run the option and have them running on all cylinders in one year.

After cooling down from this lost I have to say LeKevin shouldn't be the scapegoat. The amotions got the best of me.I just want this team to win so the anti-bill fans will stop riping every little thing.

Which is where??? The D is a little better than last year, as are the special teams, but thats not saying much. The O is worse, and ya'll cant blame that one on Joe Dailey, as Taylor isnt much better than Joe. This team is 2 plays away from being 2-3 right now They have shown tremendous heart and played very hard, but they are not close to being a top team, unfortunately. You say the huskers can be 2-3.If you take away some drop passes,fumbles,penalties then we are 5-0.Anybody can flip this we can be 2-3 or 5-0.Lets just say the other teams don't make the plays.Don't just say the huskers are lucky and the other teams are perfect.

Why does every player want to run the ball after a int. Just fall down game over.This game was our's.We beat this team. 31-27. FALL DOWN.

I think the reason why we pass on the goal line is because everybody expects us to run the ball.The other team puts 9 guys in the box and we may have 7 blocking those 9.You can say well just run it and anybody can score.If you look allways at the goal line there is a big pile of lineman on the ground.That makes 3 linebackers to have a clean hit on the runner.Not everytime teams run the ball on short yardage will score or get the first down.We have ran the ball on 4th and short and on the goal line.Some have worked out some haven't. We have passed on 4th and short and at the goal line.Some have worked out some haven't.Football is like chess.What move are you going to do to counter the other teams move.If there is 9 in the box you play action to the running back and throw it to the tightend in the back of the endzone. Its who can call the right play at the right time.Running the ball will not always work.Sometimes you have to mix up the plays.

The last two games the players have played their hearts out. I am so proud of the football players right now.For what the players have gone through the last two years(two head coaches 3 offensive and defensive corenaders) to see them run onto the field at the end of the games and celebrate as a team makes me think they are starting to become a team.It should be about supporting this team but the fans still think its frank vs bill. Since i found this board and started reading it, I noticed how negative our fan base has become. We have split into two camps. One pro frank. One pro bill. The pro frank will bash ever thing about this program. From the playcalling,coaching,players, wins,loses,yardege, just everything they can think to rip.The pro bill will tell you just let it take time. Bill hasn"t been perfect, but he hasn"t been very bad. I listend to the post game last night and the guy said the fans who live and die with the old way will never like the new coach or ad. The anti bill fans want this team to lose so the school can fire bill and steve.To me as a fan of the FOOTBALL TEAM, a true fan would never want to see his team lose, so the school can fire it's coach. The haters wish the team wasn't 4-0 because deep down inside they want this team to lose so bad that the school can fire bill and steve. last year the team was split pro bill pro frank. all the pro frank players left and this team is playing like a team.now the fans are still pro bill pro frank. what will it take for all the fans to cheer for this team and not rip every little thing. we are 4-0. bill bellicick said it isn't how many yards you give up its how many you score and how many points you give up.this coach won 3 rings with the pats and 2 with the giants.we are 4-0 because we have scored more than the other team.nothing more.points for points against.

the problem with this offense is that we no playmakers.i just got done watching the usc game.here are our stats and usc leinart 18-24 381 4td 0 int taylor 10-20 93 0td 0int bush 8car 125 ross 32car 161 white 10car 60 smith 4rec 129 ross 3rec 23 jarrett 4rec 79 hardy 2rec 15 bush 3rec 70 phillips 2rec 8 just look at the stats and you can see we have just one very good back in ross but he had 32 carries to bush's 8 carries.people can blame the playcalling but this offense has no playmakers.go back and look at the fiesta bowl vs florida and we have playmakers on offense,defense,special teams.usc right now is what we were from 93 to 97 (record 60-3) speed on offense,defense,special teams. big time playmakers across the board.we had heisman contenders, 1st team all americans, big 8 ,outland lombardies winners.say all you want about the playcalling,this team on offense has no 1st team big12, heisman, all americans.college football is about having speed at your playmaker postion and we have none.the tape dosn't lie team speed on defense very good (not like florida st or miami) team speed on special teams good to very good (not like florida st or miami) team speed on offence average. bottom line speed kills in college and we have none at our playmaker postion. black label society 2005 sdmf
