  1. Thanks for clearing that up. I hate when people jump to things before they know whats going on.
  2. I heard his great grandma was their and she had never seen him play so Callahan let him play into the third for her.
  3. Cornhuskers 21 Buffs 17 Rushing 69 yards Passing 269 yards Find Peace Anyway.
  4. I say put in the single wing offense and start both of them. Put Taylor, Beck and Ross in the backfield and have Mann shotgun the ball to one of them. Peace and Hairgrease.
  5. The University of Nebraska Cornhuskers 17 The University of Kansas Jayhawks 3 Rushing Attack 69 Passing Attack 202
  6. Nebraska 25 Oklahoma 22 Nebraska rushing 184 Nebraska passing 184 "Sometimes Salvation in the eye of the storm."
  7. Nebraska 25 Missouri 24 Nebraska rushing 199 Nebraska passing 169 "Votes for Women!"
  8. Here are my grades for the huskers by position after watching the first five games. QB= B- Taylor is getting better each week, more scoring would be nice and he had a couple bad turnovers last week, but I think Nebraska had like a dozen or more interceptions by this time last year. RB= A- This is my favorite backfield since Phillips and Green. Ross is great and the freshman are becoming a bigger piece of the puzzle. OL= C Pass protection seems to be pretty good, to many penalties and they couldn't pound it in until the Tech game. TE= C+ Their penalties in the Pitt game almost killed the Big Red. They are young and don't forget an all american TE is standing on the side lines. WR= B- Lots of guys are catching passes, which says something about Taylor as well, they dropped to many key passes in the first few games. DL= B+ Lots of sacks and I like the rotation of players. LeKevin, Go Down! LB= A McKeon is playing like a third team all americn and Bradley and Rudd have come up with some big plays, Rudd seems out of place sometimes. Ickes and Dillard seem like pretty good subs. Wish Steve O. was playing. DB= C- Green gave up to much ground in the ISU game. It worries me how short Grixby is and I thought Bullocks would be more of a factor on D this year. Bowman coming back is helping. K&P= who cares they're just kickers.
  9. pessimism : A tendency to take the least hopeful view, as of a situation, or to anticipate the worst. Peace
  10. Nebraska 35 Texas Tech 7 Rushing 235 Passing 59 That's the way it played out on the Xbox. Peace.
  11. I think Barry was a All American kick returner as a Soph. or Junior. He had to play behind Thurman Thomas but he sure tore it up when he got his chance. His junior year numbers look like video game stats. Peace.
  12. I was just wondering who Rivals had ranked ahead of Marlon Lucky and where he went to college. Is he playing? Thanks. P.S. I played a preview of the NU/ISU game on the Xbox last night and the offense looked just fine. 30-0. No worries.
  13. At the Pitt game I was introduced to a guy named Former Fan and he had on what appeared to be a clean new Husker shirt. Just an observation. Peace. Catch a Lickin'
  14. Hey Big Red Jake Offensive yards is 1148 to 814. 60 offensive points for 2003. I just wanted to show those unwilling to except Bill Callahan and let go of Frank Solich that things aren't that different. 10-3 was a good season and this can be a good season. Have a nice day.
  15. For those who enjoyed Frank and Bo's 2003 dream season and have given up hope on Bill and Coz already. 2003 after three games- 3-0, scored 66 points gave up 24, 5 offensive TD, 1 Rudd TD 2005 after three games- 3-0, scored 63 points gave up 16, 3 offensive TD, 1 Rudd TD Not that big of difference. Go Big Red! Everything is Everything
