  1. Well, that was more dramatic than I expected. 7-0!!!!
  2. If I could aubract a point. I would.....You do know Moi is female right?Yea. I've been around forever. Just don't comment much. Was clearly a joke relax Just making sure, most dont know. I didn't know, I just thought somebody came over from Huskermax.
  3. Ross Els father was the Lincoln Northeast High football coach...a really great guy.
  4. Lincoln is a lot like Green Bay on football days.
  5. Every team in the BIG TEN has 300 lb big city bruisers who can fall on you with the best of them. That's why everybody has trouble fielding a team halfway through every season.
  6. I thought that slant would be characteristic of what our receivers do routinely. Catch and run...just give them the freaking ball and end the Armstrong backfield show. I was wrong. I also thought Newby would get the occasional shovel pass....wrong again.
  7. Yeah, we miss Westy badly....and Carter too. We need a hell of alot more up front than those 2 would offset Carter's a great blocker and Westy is a clutch receiver who knows where to go to get open. Our other star receivers don't seem to even be in the game. The O-line is hot garbage Sure looks like it.
  8. I know one thing, the fans need to quit sitting there like church mice every time something doesn't go our way. They need to be loud.
  9. Maybe we're trying to find out if we'll stand a chance against the good defenses? So far I'd say no. No to holding the baby as well....and I love holding babies, but not with taco hands.
  10. I don't pay attention to BIG TEN teams much ,but I heard Purdue was TERRIBLE. What the hell was that about? These guys look pretty good. Blough is a pro quarterback who I would never count out of any game.

  12. It's an offensive coordinator's job to put his player's in the best position to succeed. Every basic football mind would say that against this Purdue defense, you run the ball in multiple ways until they prove they can stop it. You don't have your QB passing all over the yard when this defense has proven to give up 300 & 400 yards rushing in the past 3 weeks. That whole half was on Langsdorf as a play caller. Period. Why do we run one running play then switch runners? Are they tired? Is it a strategy thing? Are we officially done with the fullback?
  13. Well, we got our ass whipped that half. Just looked confused. Makes you wonder what our game plan is supposed to be? Tommy did all the running, Passing was hit and miss. Defense looked like Prevent again.
  14. Wow, Purdue calls great plays. Are they calling our plays for us too?
  15. Yeah, they do, but you have to wonder what we practice. THEY PRACTICE? Doesn't seem like they accomplish much ,does it?
  16. I have to think we took the week off thinking it would be an easy game.
