  1. Get well soon Bo. NU fans appreciate you. The flu can suck bigtime, hope our guys win this one for you.
  2. I'm a Husker fan from birth, but i might start pulling for UCLA to be the giant killer in the pac 12
  3. It used to be that Husker fans were highly regarded for their love of the game and respect and hospitality for opposing teams. HMMM welcome to the age of the small minded fanatics
  4. I'm a Husker fan, born and bred in Nebraska, but I now live in So Cal. Not sure about the national perception of Bo, but he looked like an ass a couple of years ago during the big 12 championship. These images last. Not even close to the class of Mr Tom Osborne
  5. Seems to me that your attitude is precisely what is being discussed in this post. You have no right to physically or emotionally abuse folks because some football GAME was lost. It is a football game, and we all want the huskers to do well, but I'm not going to burn down the town if they lose. You, yourself, state in the above quote that your BEHAVIOR, which is a result of your attitude, is distasteful, frightening and physically painful. All because of a loss by he Huskers?? Yikes, I hope you never have any real crisis in your life. You'll make the headlines for sure.
  6. This is my first post here at huskerboards, but I am a lifetime NU fan and have been following these discussions for a few years. I too was disappointed with the loss to UCLA. My biggest concerns are poor tackling by the D. I watched this game and really thought that NU got outplayed on the field, especially in the second half. Not the coaching or whatever, but on the field. Missed tackles do not win games. Also, the offense needs more confidence, this has been a problem for a while with the Huskers of late, they don't seem to have' it' in the crucial moments in big games. 2 interceptions are 2 to many. Martinez is an OK passer but will never be great, but he could have led the Huskers to a win if the D had come thru.
