If the quarterback doesn't poop the bed, is it still in Nebraska game?

This is the worst camera work of any game I've ever seen. The feed is not fast enough so it's hard to see the ball. And they're giving commercials every 5 minutes regardless of what's happening on the field.

And then I turned into Samuel L. Jackson and started shouting at my television.

Michigan State has a better team than their record indicates. We are actually looking fairly good against them. A lot of our players have risen to the challenge. I know we're not winning and I know it doesn't look good, but this game is actually showing a lot of improvement from last week. I'm not saying we're getting a moral victory. I'm saying that this isn't as bad as it looks. And we're still in it. I have faith.

Thank goodness! For a minute there we had a lead and I was getting complacent. And we just can't have that. Complacency is bad. An assumptions about wins are worse. Most of the pundits have these teams fairly even with Illinois being slightly ahead. The fact that we won on the road is good. I'll take it.

That game was sloppier than two drunk people kissing when the bar closes but I'll take it. A sloppy win is still a win.

I've seen jello wrestling that was more technique driven than this game.

This game is turning into something different. Finally, it's like a fist fight combined with a rugby scrum. These guys are hitting hard and they're stripping the ball from each other. But discipline has been hard to come by.
