  1. Sitting at 46 at Ken Pom & 31 at Bart Torvik.
  2. Huskers are 16.5 point favorites with an over/under of 142.5. ESPN BPI gives NU an 89.9% chance to win. Everyone except Ulis & Keita should be available.
  3. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/38951577/japan-keisei-tominaga-found-second-home-lincoln-nebraska Really good story about Tominaga on ESPN.
  4. Huskers take on Duquesne today. Huskers are 7.5 point favorites with an over/under of 147.5. ESPN BPI gives NU an 80.8% chance to win. Game is on BTN at 7:00. This will be the best team they have played so far this year. GBR!
  5. The ones that really need to start hitting are Lawrence (2/13, 15.4%) & Coleman (2/11, 18.2%). Lawrence shot 28/75 (37.3%) last year. Coleman shot 26/80 (32.5%) last year at Ball State. He only shot 30.3% (46/152) in his year at Missouri, but against the teams we have played so far, he should be shooting much better. The rest of the team is shooting 36.2%, so if those two get going we will be fine.
  6. NU up 38- 15. Huskers on a 20-0 run over last 7:37.
  7. Huskers are 8.5 point favorites, over/under is 135.5. ESPN BPI give NU an 86.6% chance to win. Keita out. Not sure about Lloyd. Hopefully Tominaga continues to shake off the rust. It was shocking to see him go 0-3 from the free throw line Wednesday night.
  8. The benefit is that they can have a one off game against a P5 school. Most of the time when P5 teams play they will schedule a home & home on back to back seasons. They get a semi-home game & no true road game.
  9. Sioux Falls has a relatively new (2013) arena and they try to get at least one D1 game in played in it. Nebraska played Oklahoma State there a couple years ago. Must be a NU vs OSU thing... Past NCAA DI Games | Sanford Pentagon (sanfordsports.com)
  10. Might be against a P5 opponent, but OSU is one of the worst P5 teams (172 at Ken Pom). Duquesne will actually be a better test the night before Thanksgiving (84 at Ken Pom). Nebraska is currently sitting at 54 at Ken Pom.
  11. Apparently I was wrong, Lloyd will be available.
  12. Huskers are 16.5 point favorites with an over/under of 140.5. ESPN BPI gives them a 90.3% chance to win. Gary may be back from suspension. Lloyd & Keita are still out with injuries. Game is on BTN+ again.
  13. He's actually a career 33% 3-point shooter. He had a bad night shooting them last night, but I'm OK with him taking them. He took one as the shot clock was running out & one with only one contact after he got hit in the face earlier in the play.
  14. That's how I felt on Friday. Feeling much better today. Hope you start feeling better soon. GBR!
  15. I think they are waiting until he is 100% until he returns. With the teams we are playing, we shouldn't need him until after Thanksgiving. Better to wait than to bring him back too soon and have it be a nagging thing all season.
  16. Huskers are a 14.5 point favorite with and O/U of 149.5. Game is on BTN. No word on Tominaga or Gary yet, but both are expected back this week (either tonight or Wednesday). Keita & Lloyd are still out. Ulis is waiting for the NCAA, but it seems likely that he is going to be suspended for at least this year.
  17. That doesn't really happen until they play creighton. Duquesne & Cal State Fullerton (better than Oregon State) are their third & fourth best NC opponents based on preseason projections. The NC schedule is set up for wins, getting used to playing with a lot of new players & gaining confidence. If they don't finish the NC season with at least 9 wins it will mean they got upset in a "buy" game.
  18. It's game day again. Huskers are 25.5 point favorites with the O/U at 139.5. ESPN BPI gives Nebraska a 97.5% chance to win. Game is on BTN+ again with Jessica Coody and Erick Strickland on the call. Tominaga is a game time decision. Gary (suspension) & Lloyd (knee) are out. Ulis is likely out all season because he bet on at least one Iowa football game.
  19. Anyone know what Juwan Gary did to get suspended for at least 3 games?
  20. I'm OK with that, but I really want the weekly flogging halftime show. I think it would really discourage coaches from cheating.
  21. I say suspend Harbaugh for as long as they've been cheating. Based on what I have seen it started in 2021 & they got caught in mid-2023. That's 2.5 years of suspension. On top of that every team that they illegally scouted gets to have a halftime show where he is flogged at midfield.
  22. That was my first Husker football game. We had seats in the south endzone. Cold as hell - I've never liked hot drinks (hot chocolate, coffee, etc.), so 7 year old me was drinking ice cold Coke to add to the chill. My favorite game has to be NU vs Wisconsin on No Sit Sunday in 2014. Great atmosphere. I wish we could get that kind of atmosphere in PBA all the time.
  23. TV/Online: Monday's game is not televised, but will be available online at B1G Plus with Jessica Coody and Erick Strickland on the call. To subscribe or for more info, visit bigtenplus.com (straight copy/paste from huskers.com).
