    Before the season, when Frost was talking about all the lean muscle mass gains, I looked at the OL and they all looked fat and flabby. Of course, I didn't want to say anything, because he obviously knows a heckuva lot more than me. But through the first few games, they just look soft and sloppy.

    I'm sure Frost has sat down with Martinez and asked WTF is going on with him, and Martinez has assured him that everything is ok... but his play on the field doesn't reflect that. He's simply not the same player. Frost needs to send him a message, somehow.
