    They had a great recruiting class. But you are right, they lost a lot of there starters. These are just EARLY preseason rankings. Just makes you wonder if they are actually looking at the teams or giving credit to teams that always get credit. Mark my words,penn state WILL return to the bottom half of the big10 {11}.....
