is it just me or did most of the 40 times seem a little slower than usual. Seems as if the times the players had been running in college and at training were a tenth or two faster. Seems strange

I saw this as well and was somewhat shocked by it. Im an optimist and love optimism but it never seems to pan out when it comes to Nebraska football. Answer me this!!!! WHO in the right mind would scedule a game for 10:40 am after new years eve and expect people to come watch a football game. NOT me and apparently not many other Auburn/Nebraska fans, I think if they would have sceduled for a night game they would be looking at a much bigger attendance. And as said before, Dallas is not exactly an attractive travel destination.

Meno Holt will get his first reception. Ive seen Meno in the past two weeks lined up at receiver, Zac has not thrown his way since Meno dropped the touchdown pass at Iowa State. But I bet he gets another shot against Colorado, I can feel it.

I ordered my big 12 championship tickets and theyre on the "club level" which is the 2nd level of the stadium. Does anyone know exactly what that means. Are there bars on that level or special access areas? They say they are sending wrist bands for the club level. Just wondering, thanks for you help!

Hey for all you So. Cal guys, whats the best place to see a husker game in the Orange County area? I went to the Alumni web page and saw the place in orange and the place in Hunnington. Im staying the weekend here in Irvine and need some direction on a good spot to park my husker a$$. Thanks for the help

I saw Bo Pelinis name mentioned in a post and some people were talking about him so i thought i would start a thread and give my 2 cents. I do not know much about Bo, but what i do know and remember from the bowl game I dont see how Solich was the successor. May be it was the history Frank had with the team. The feeling I had when that bowl game ended was amazing. An interum head coach, that pulled out a win. It was like the feeling i had when i got my first car. You could tell the team believed in Bo and had his respect. Respect...the one thing Solich NEVER got. Bo was intense on the sidelines, I had a gut feeling he was the best man for the job. Now he is at LSU and for a period of time earier this season his LSU defense was the only team in the nation that did not have a TD scored on them. For what its worth I wish he would have been given the opportunity and I am ashamed that we let him go the way we did. PS- whats all this talk about Bo for recently anyways?

jim rose makes me want to puke....i have NO idea how that man can stay on the air. Hes fine for interviews and pregames...he has a terrible live game broadcast!

OH NOT SO FAST SWEATHEART! Please remember we gave up 267 rushing yards against Oklahoma St. and 119 to Missouri. Granted we didnt have McKeon or Octavien 100%- which should be a HUGE help. Our defensive linemen didnt get the job done it needed to, to contain the rushing attack when it needed to. Nebraska is ranked 57th in the nation behind 36 A&M. Oklahoma is 24th. Nebraska pass defense is 51st and A&M is 52nd ironically:) Nebraska is 53rd in scoring offense A&M isnt in the top 100. Remember these are just stats, i think anything can happen at Kyle Field, crowd will be intense and our boys will have to bring some nasty, smart, and fast defense to hang with these guys!

Im REALLY suprised witht he optimisim here! We were lucky to lose by the slight margin we did at home against texas. They missed field goals! If we play nickel or dime, have octavien and mckeon 100%, and can play call better than we did against Texas and Oklahoma St. we have a slight chance at best. Texas has a better team and our play calling will have to be top notch, we will not be able to trick play them like we did two weeks ago. It will be smash mouth football at its finest and i dont see it being a close game, Colt seems to get better and better every week. Taylor will have to play much better and have better protection which i dont see happening. I hope Im wrong, Go Big Red.

yes...this was the worst bit of play calling ive seen...we had a 16-0 lead...offense didnt rush the ball the second half like we did the 1st....cost us the game. Play calling has been questionable all season....i love the huskers...do not agree with the playcalling. If you or anyone else does...explain to me why we came out passing the second half. MAYFLOWER THE HUSKERS
