We can't run the ball.

I don't think we beat Illinois, or Michigan, or Wisconsin. Minnesota, yes. Iowa, I sure hope so. But based on what I have seen, that's how I see it playing out and I certainly am not going to boast about being in 1st in the West mid-season...gotta make it to the end and gotta have success when that happens (31-70 anyone)

really not looking for a fight. I didn't qualify my opinion as a sweeping generalization of fact. I will give you if you look at ALL the transfers who dont come with baggage only, then by definition NONE do. however, I want to know what the situation was at the transferor school and have a lot of skepticism when a kid transfers. why is that not fair?

what about them? my point is transfers come with baggage. some is easily explained, like behind a stud on the depth chart, most don't have that and i have to ask why? Why are you transferring? simple question. the easy answer is the kid is trouble in one way or another. happy to be proven wrong, but they get 4 years to play. it's a limited opportunity

except for graduate transfers, I think that the transfer portal is risky business. gotta dig deep to find out why a kid is unhappy and in my opinion more often than not, it's the kid. sure there are circumstances where someone better is ahead of them in the depth chart, but most of the time, the kid is the problem. that's what i am seeing tonight play out
