You can only get so many runners in scoring position with less than 2 outs and score 1 run or less before it stops being "that's baseball!" This kind of crap has been going on for a while now.

I'm glad Raburn got a hit tonight for his sake, but coach should not have started him. Hagge would have made more sense, maybe with Waldron at DH instead (.250 average is better than .146 of Raburn and .200 of Acker)

Rutgers does have a pretty good bunch of hitters, so Hohensee and Burkamper put together great starts, allowing the Scarlet Knights' godawful pitching and defense to dig them a nice big hole 1 more time tomorrow.

Nebraska's failure to do anything with the bases loaded yesterday was equally killer. Never should have let them score 6 runs with 2 outs, either. Terrible.

Quick, somebody needs to get in the Ohio State dugout and remind their seniors of how their series went in 2014 against Nebraska. 3 or 4 walkoff wins including some improbable comebacks (obviously not walking off here but, you know).

Ohio State's pretty bad, Nebraska can't afford many bad losses No excuses to come out this flat, suspension or no, against a team that is inferior.
