808Husker in KCMO

I think people discount Tech way to much. I dont think they have a chance on the national stage, but in the Big XII south, you only are gonna need big offensive numbers. They dont seem to concerned with D down there. Tech can Wing it with the best of 'em and have a better shot at the south than Texas does.

lets be totally fair though. they were decent, not good, but decent since when? the early '90s? if that? they're long-time elder fans go back about that far. many others only go back to about the mid/late 90s. so basically 6 years is a HUGE chunk of their own perceived history. on the other hand, our perceived history also goes back to the 90s. the 1890s. its really just a matter of perspective. That wasnt that bad... No one was going to beat Miami that year.. The Huskers did as well as any other team would have.

I like that we play the trojans 2 games in a row Edit- There is something about that ISU color of red that is captivating... Second best color in the big XII if you ask me.

OU was severely overrated that year. KSUcks beat them fair and square... as did LSU.

Looking for an INT isnt what I would want my corners doing. A corners job is to keep the reciever from catching the ball. You can do that without looking for the pass all the way down the field. An INT is something that happens when you keep your coverage and the conditions are right. If you are looking for the INT, IMO you are wrong as a CB.

Highlight of my time at UNL was going to Gameday...

yes I would like a copy of every game that is broadcast on TV this year. I will be in Iraq and will miss all of the games this year, and unless the game is played on AFN (Armed Forces Network) the only way that I will be able to watch them is if i get a copy sent over to me. I sent an email to ESPN about getting copies of aired games because being overseas in the military. Their response was that the only owned the broadcast rights and if I wanted to see any previously air games that I should go to ESPN Classic and check their schedule of any games. What a bunch of tools, like I am going to have ESPN Classic in Iraq dude, they showed every televised game on AFN last season while I was in Iraq. AFN is beeter for football than any other service. No crappy regional coverage... All televised games get shown. I would go back to that hell holl just to watch the games!!!
