Tearing down goalposts makes less sense than listening to a Colorado fan trying to explain how they can still win the North. I don't know the exact dollar figure, but I'm pretty sure they cost between $10K and $15K. Doesn't make much sense to take money away from our program. How do we stop Meyer? We put something in front of him big enough to slow him down. Preferably that's the D-line, but if that falls through we can put a tractor there. While I am not a big fan of the growing trend of transfer-happy athletes, Keller is not just reacting to being screwed over by the ASU head coach. He's looking out for his future and the best opportunity to make it to the NFL. If he stayed at ASU, there was a chance that he'd make it into the starting lineup if the head coach's #1 got hurt. Or...he could transfer to a school that is in need of a veteran QB next year and has the tools to help him succeed. Great decision, Keller, we look forward to you leading the Huskers next year and I commend Coach C for picking up this talented QB.
