Good to hear a story like that. I think it circles back to the coaching. It seems like Callahan is always doing something for the community whether its visiting the childrens hospital or raising money for diabetes or whatever. Reflects good on the program.

If Callahan actually opens the playbook this year, with the crowd and atmosphere we have every chance imaginable to win. Callahans only major fault is that he calls big time games to conservatively. More specifically road games. If we can get the play calling we had in the second half of the texas game last year then its wide open. If we get same calling as last year or as we did in the cotton bowl were done no matter how loud the crowd is.

Berringers number really does need to be retired. They'll retire Bob Browns number for gettin in the hall, the least they should do is show enough respect to retire berringers. Bowman going back to #1 is the sweetest thing i've seen. I got my picture taken with him at fan day before the '05 season and got his sig when he was #1. I too now have a #20 jersey that means nothing. Maybe I should get rodgers or bullocks put on the back of it.
