  1. Well considering they have a true freshmen starting at center, I hope the noise level is at the highest level possible. Loud enough to receive a delay of game penalty. Remember in the early 90's night game against Kansas when Glenn Mason asked the officials to do something about the noise? Hopefully we are louder than that!
  2. I completely agree. He typically under pursues running at 3/4 speed. Honestly if it was not for his measurables and his last name I don't think he would be walk on material. Although it is nice to have rangy LB's who can put up a decent 40 time, I prefer LB's who are physical. If you are going to make a mistake, make it going at full speed.
  3. Fans should plan on attending Gameday inside the stadium at 9am. Show your support.
  4. I agree; I hope every fan attending the game realizes how important they are in the outcome of this game. Those attending the game have an obligation to make noise everytime USC is in the huddle and at the line of scrimmage; regardless of the score.

  8. I think you would have to look at our biggest weaknesses on the team in making this decision: 1) DE:(Base End, I'm happy with Barry Turner:): Grant Wistrom, perhaps not as talented as Trev Alberts or Broderick Thomas but brought a Blackshirt mentality to the defense in addition to his strong play. 2) CB: If Bowman returns to the form he was in against Michigan in the Alamo Bowl I would go with pick #3, but with so many talented tall WR's that we must face this year I would have to go with Tyrone Williams. He fared well against fast and tall WR's in the few years he played at NU> 3) TE: Johnny Mitchell: Guy was a man amongst boys and brought an attitude that was similar to Miami Hurricane players of the era. 4) OT: It would be nice to replace Murtha with Zach Wiegert for obvious reasons. I think it is critical that Keller has some time to find guys like Purify, Hardy, and Nunn. It is also important to keep him healthy.
  9. Please buy up the A&M tickets too! I bought tickets and do not want to be the lone Husker fan in the Aggie section!
