  1. I'd like to choke the next person who brings up having a b*******.
  2. I just talked to a buddy of mine that is a grad student at UNL and he says there has been a lot of talk about the Huskers wearing black jerseys tomorrow. I hope it is just a rumor, but I guess we will see.
  3. It better be louder than the San Jose St. game, that was one of the most pathetic games I have been to.
  4. I will be in St.Louis on Saturday and was wondering if anybody knows of any Husker bars there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Since birth, and still trying to convert my ol lady.
  6. Try coming down here and living with these people. The whole state is like that.
  7. Texas State is in San Marcos, about 20 miles south of Austin. Enrollment is around 30,000.
  8. Nebraska’s recruiting roller coaster dipped and peaked once again Tuesday. The Huskers lost one of their longest-standing oral commitments, offensive lineman Dan Hoch, then picked up a commitment from Texas high school standout David Grant. Grant, a 6-foot-6, 278-pound offensive lineman from Killeen, Texas, was previously committed to Oklahoma State and Iowa State. Oklahoma State, for reasons unknown, rescinded its offer in September. Grant committed to Iowa State in December. Grant gives Nebraska 17 commitments for its 2008 recruiting class. National signing day is Feb. 6. “It’s just a good football program, even though they didn’t have a good year last year, it’s still one of the top programs in the Big 12,” Grant said. Grant hasn’t talked much with Pelini, but said, “the problem was with the defense last year, so, hopefully, he can come in and fix it. The decisions of Grant and Hoch come a day after first-year Nebraska coach Bo Pelini won a national championship in his final game as LSU’s defensive coordinator.
  9. what's that based on ? If your wondering where I heard it from, then I got it from Sean Callahan on Huskers Illustrated
  10. How about Joe Glen? Look what he is doing with Wyoming, and what he did at Montana and N Colorado. Not to mention that would get us some Nebraska blood back into the program.
