At home on a 100 inch HDTV through beer goggles.

Ingredients: 10 cups of water 2 1/2 cups of sugar 1 750ml bottle of Everclear 2 oz peppermint extract Stir sugar into water as it is being heated to a boil After the mixture reaches a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes Cool mixture to room temperature <-- if you add the booze while it's hot, it won't taste right. If you're in a hurry, have the Everclear in the freezer so when you toss it in, it gets cooled faster. Stir in 750ml of Everclear (whatever brand, as long as it's 190proof grain) and 2 oz. of peppermint extract. Stir it up a bit, and put it in bottles, I always keep a few empty vodka bottles around for this annual brewing of the schnapps. You won't be disappointed, its very smooth, clears out your sinuses, and will make you tolerant of the inlaws for the holidays.
