My dad is Roy Long, who played in 1941, 1942, and 1946. In 1942, against Mizzou, he threw 28 passes and ran 27 times. That record of 55 attempts stood until 2004, when Joe Dailey had 60 (5 rush and 55 passes). I’m pretty proud of him for a record that stood for 62 years!
