I was born a husker fan 28 yrs ago and I am tired of hearing about how sad it was when Solich was fired. Solich was not getting it done and had some behind the scene problems that most do not know about. The only thing they might have changed is waiting until after the bowl game to fire him, but you you have a fireball coach like Pelini waiting in the wings, and a team that needs some help before the bowl game, why not do it and start the next era of husker football as soon as possible. I WAS TOTALLY FOR THE FIRING AND I THINK IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Let's stop crying about the past and get on with the future that is quickly approaching. Go Huskers!!!!!!

I just want a QB that can run the offense in a real game right now. Zac looked great in the spring and I hope he continues it on the field this far. But lets get some game action and some wins first before we start slapping the Heisman tag on Zac. I have high hopes, but come on.

They should wait until a few weeks have played out to even do the polls. Teams that are ranked really high usually don't fall too far after a loss or two, and teams that aren't ranked have a hell of a time climbing the ladder if they aren't in a BCS conference. It's just for the media, and it gives fans a reason to listen to sports radio and read the internet. What else would they write about. You want to see my poll? It is just as relavent as theirs. I am glad we are on it though.

Probably, we can execute a real offense now. We do not have to have gimmick plays.

I believe in Ahman until he is proven guilty. I hope he is innocent.

Don't think we see Beck redshirt. We aren't deep at QB, and Beck will probably walk into camp this summer being the most talented QB we have but will still be raw and will not have the command of the playbook the other kids have. I think there's more of a chance we win the Big XII this year than there is of Beck redshirting. Especially after the Spring Game, it's pretty obvious Beck can't redshirt. WE have no depth at all. With Dailey crying to the media and the other two just simply not that good, Beck needs to be playing this fall. Not starting, but participating I agree, with Dailey leaving, beck will step in and battle for the starting job. What a fall this is shaping up to be!!!!! tHIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME.

taylor looked great in person. Those post patterns for touchdowns could not have been placed better. they were perfect. Zach looked great and I look forward to many more of those in the course of next season.
