  1. I think it is good to run both, but this fall we will have the height and talent to run man to man. I would like to see mostly man to man with a bit of zone in there to get some picks and screw up the QB.
  2. He is a great guy, but if he is starting, it means all the recruits brought in were a bust, especially Zac. I want to see Zac start.
  3. Where do you stand Cornboy, with formerfan, or with the rest of us good old boys.
  4. I love the fact that Harrison is spending his spring break here in nebraska at practice, instead of lounging o the beach checking out chicks. Tha t says a lot about his commitment and desire. I love that. He wants to play. The meeting he is sitting in on will only help familiarize him to the way things work here and het him ready to step in this fall. Good job Harrison. You are the man.
  5. Nothing brings out heart and competition like bringing in new talent and making the old players fight for their jobs all over again. I like it a lot.
  6. Don't get ahead of yourself. Jackson was good last year and lowered his 40 time. Tough to appoint a guy savior w/o seeing him on the college field in action. I hope he's everything he's being hyped to be. I like Jackson, but he is not a playmaker like Lucky is. I think that by the time Lucky is done, he could be one of the best we have ever had, barring injury. It is hard to keep that on the bench watching.
  7. He will be ahead of Jackson on the depth chart by the time the first game rolls around. Mabey even by the end of spring practice. He is too good to be on the bench.
  8. It was worth it. Great reply.
  9. This depth chart will be totally different by the first game. They are way off.
  10. I think these depth charts are way off. They will totally change by the first game.
  11. Whoa, if they were so sweet, where were they last year. Were they even on the field. So what they are big, we need a fast pass rush that was not there last year. Time will tell but I think that was our biggest problem on defense last year. No pass rush.
  12. I would bet the leaving is mostly over. Once spring practce has started, the table is set and the guys are ready to go to work again.
  13. I don't think Goodman will be in the picture this year anyways. It sucks he had to bring bad press to the program on his way out of the football program.
  14. I agree it is tought to walk in as a freshman, but I think Dillard could do it and resurrect the BLACKSHIRTS.
  15. Yes, our kicking game sucked last year. Every time we made a little dirve and could put some points on the board and get some momentum, we missed the field goal. I bet Congdon walks right in and starts. He is suspose to have a big leg.
  16. The BMI index is a joke and does not take into account muscle mass. It is just a general index for height and weight. Yes some linemen are overweight, but not all of them. A lot of people are out of shape and obese in this country, but NFL linemen players are not in that catergory.

  18. Only us married guys would understand that one.
  19. That was great. I will have to share that one with everyone.
  20. Wow. How does anyone see what is going on out in the field when there are cheerleaders to look at.
  21. Awesome. The Peterbuilt brothers were awesome D-lineman for us. That era rocked.
