Not really, honestly. Urban's offense used a ton of inside zone handoffs to big power backs. The backs didn't go out on pass routes nearly as much, and the receivers were built more like bigger bodied wideouts. The Duck-R position and all of the post-snap looks & positioning makes what Frost is doing very different from Urban's power run zone read.

Did he run the Belly G?

People forget that Coach Osborne has a PhD is psychology. His substitution of London for Frost May have been motivated more to settle Frost down or motivate him, or take a series to coach his starter up and less to “spark the team” or create a QB controversy that could have divided the team. There is no “control universe” to tell us what would have happened to Frost or the team if he had Frost sitting longer, but I have no doubt that Osborne knew exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Kudos to him for not letting the fans take over his Head Coach responsibilities in that situation.

Do you know what his doctoral thesis was?

  3. I have always said that targeting (or your attempted targeting) penalize during the game but have a set committee review these on a Monday to dish out any suspensions.  Like Gerry getting suspended and then the following year having his tackle being shown to officials in film study as what a good tackle should look like.

If that's the analogy you want to go for, then we're the overweight lardass insurance bro who peaked in high school and has been embarrassingly trying to keep living in the golden years ever since.

Don't some of you think that maybe Oklahoma wasn't very fond of the Nebraska rivalry because they were so bad in the 90's compared to NU. I feel like that played a part but I also don't know anything.

That weekend sounds excellent,  haven't done college and pro in same weekend before.

Go to a SEC game.  That way you can watch a college team and watch paid players at the same time
