I think that if you attack the character of a high schoo kid or transfer you should get a warning/ suspension/ ban hammer. It's not appropriate.

The Tyler Moore stuff was bad. So is the Clinkscales thread.
To be honest I don't know where the line is. I'm OK with "I don't like this kid's tape and don't know why we offered." even "Rumor is he lied to the coaches" but some of the stuff is too much.
