I'm really glad that you had a great time, and that the OU fans treated you with the respect you deserved. I really don't believe the outcome of the game represented the talent level of Nebraska; I think we (OU) got some lucky breaks. Husker fans are the class of college football > TRUE.

The Huskers will return to greatness, without a doubt. To the OP... The great people of the Husker faithful deserve to vent. That game was not representative of the tradition and strength that is Husker football. It was an anomoly. I long for the days of the great games between OU and Nebraska; even the games that OU lost to the Huskers. There is something special in our rivalry that I hope comes back in the coming years. I have nothing but respect for the Husker nation and I KNOW you will return to national prominence under Pelini! Thanks man and we appreciate it. I was in disbelief when the third touchdown was scored 4 minutes and 30 seconds into the game! Good team! I was scratching my head as well. The Huskers are a much better team than that. I'm glad that OU won, of course, but the final score was not representative of the strength of the two teams. I hope the Huskers win all of their remaining games in big fashion. Next year, I think, will be a huge turnaround for the Huskers. Mark my words!

Wow! That video just shows the class of the Husker faithful. For you to do something like that for a friend of an opposing team is awesome my friend! You should provide the very same artistic talent that you showed in that video for the Huskers. If you don't, I WILL!

Those turnovers killed Nebraska. If not for those it would have been a closer game. Pelini will eliminate those kind of mistakes in the future, believe me.

Just a tip of the hat to you Husker faithful. I and many other Sooner fans have a great respect for you Nebraskans and your Husker football program. I hope that we can resume the rivalry that existed in the 70s; I truly do. Mr. Osborne was THE GREATEST coach in college football and I have nothing but respect for the man and what he accomplished. My Nebraska friends, I salute you because of your class and tradition. The Huskers WILL return to their deserved place among the mighty in college football! BELIEVE!

That's because we respect you and your program. Nebraska is probably THE CLASS ACT in all of college football. I have never met a Husker fan that was nothing more than first rate. Hang in there Husker faithful, your team will be great again - and your fan base will have a LOT to do with that. Husker football has a bright future ahead!

You are a respected fan, as are 99.9 percent of Husker faithful. I think OU got a lot of breaks that they took advantage of and that is what moved OU ahead. Nebraska will ALWAYS be a class act in my book, and you will be back on the national scene in a BIG way; just give it a few years. I want Nebraska to be good again, REALLY good. That WILL happen. Aww, you're making me flush. Seriously though, thanks for coming by and posting. I was only eight years old in 1995 when I first remember watching Nebraska and Oklahoma play with my dad and grandpa and hearing their stories about the great NU/OU games back in the day. I sincerely hope that I can make the trip down to Norman for a game one day, as my experiences with OU fans at the 2006 Big 12 championship game were fantastic. Here's to a great game today. To me, you are a kid (not a bad thing). Your Huskers have a FANTASTIC history and tradition. Use youtube and check out your fabulous Husker tradition my young friend!

It's easy, especially because Husker fans are total class. In the early 80s, I met a LOT of Husker fans in Norman before gameday. To be honest, I've NEVER met more knowledgeable and considerate fans in my entire life. You people are cool beyond measure. To have such a rivalry (at the time) and to exude such class impressed me in my younger years and forged upon me an impression of Nebraska and her wonderful people that I will never forget.

You are right. OU's defense is struggling as of late. If the mighty Huskers can take advantage of that, this will be a tough game for my Sooners. I wish the mighty Husker Nation the very best.
