We'll see. I predict they'll stay at 8-10 wins but rarely taking the division if ever before Malzahn is replaced.
Maybe so. My point was more about the coordinators and not him. I should have been more specific.

Auburn has put together quite the staff. Malzahn (HC), Kevin Steele(DC) and Chad Morris (OC). Those are the types of coordinators that win ball games.

We’ve seen this movie before.

Let's just hope if it isn't N, it's USC. Don't want to face him going forward.

Woodyard was a 3 for 2 guy, no? Did he play in <5 games this year?

for those in the know, why haven't we offered/got in contact? he seems like a good player, at least someone who can be a culture builder type of player. he's a better athlete than luke gifford, only shorter.
Page 8 goes into detail the status of his recruitment

Normally I wouldn’t do this, but coming from the person that uses 4 periods for an ellipsis? The irony is real.
Haha well played. Four isn’t bad I usually put in about six for good measure

Clearly he didn't take an English class at his JUCO....

You def wouldn't have caught flak for that! Would have been 'oh, yeah, this dudes opinion...cool'
No worries, crap happens and we move on eh?

What you said actually is the definition of a narrative brother. Sorry, you can't backtrack or wiggle out of it.
None of us has inside information on what a recruit thinks or why he's coming here. You don't know the relationship with the coach or nothing.
Saying your opinion and stating it as a fact is called....drumroll....creating a narrative.
You're right. I went too far with what I was saying. I should have simply stated that I felt DeWitt has been a below average recruiter.

Man if we land Manning, Betts, Robinson, and Flemming that would be an incredible WR class
Sure would change the makeup of the room from a size perspective

Callahan hinting that the OL might be getting some help. That - along with six in the previous class - might be why we're going to stick with two in this class.
He said he can't elaborate right now but he feels pretty good that it will happen. My read is that it might be a transfer. Could be an unknown recruit but that's not how I read what he wrote.
Could that have in relation to Gaylord's potential 6th year?

If we end up with Betts, Manning, Fleming and Nixon, that’s going to be one hell of a WR class.
No doubt. Best one since.... ever?

Enlighten me?
I’m saying if our LB play improves it will help lighten the loss of the graduating dlinemen

3 NFL DL’s and an early round DB, that will be hard to replace.
The slight improvement on D this year will be hard to follow next year.
Much improved LB play would go a long way towards it

This article from Hail Varsity yesterday had a portion of it relating to JD. Goes into detail about on the field and off the field. SIAP.
from the article -
“He is, in every sense of the word, a fantastic receiver. But if he’s not involved, he fades. He goes off script. He looked like he was going through the motions at times against Iowa. “

To think a kid does not go to a school because of their position coach is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. If they didn’t like them or respect them they would go somewhere else.
edit - we will agree to disagree on this topic. So let’s just end it. I don’t want to ruin this thread with this. Let’s all hope this leads to a commitment and we all can agree that is needed in the worst way.

The part that is false is you saying Dewitt has no part in recruiting him. Dewitt is heavy into his recruitment. Also, Dewitt was heavy info Benharts recruitment.
Please show me the quote of mine that says that
7 minutes ago, RedSavage said:Not saying it’s 100% accurate or the end all but 24/7 does show Dewitt as his primary recruiter
Rivals doesn’t show him at all. Again I’m not saying he isnt involved. All I said was that Frost was the lead guy. Which is well documented and @Mavric has noted this as well in this thread.
