    I sometimes like to peruse opponent message boards after a Husker win. The losers typically blame factors they would barely mention in a victory, and they often give the victor less credit than they deserve. It's good perspective for how poor some of our own arguments can sound.

      Accountability, that was my point, as stated in my last line. I think seeing how opponents talk about you helps you objectify your own opinions and view a game from different perspectives.

      Yep sometimes (most times) it's simply a matter of the better team winning on a given day. A lot of folks struggle with that concept.

      I found myself saying "man Wisconsin sure is turning the ball over more than they normally do. Lucky us" then I had the epiphany that maybe Nebraska just plays defense that well.
