Hopefully Sears gets back in another game soon. Can’t imagine much rougher situation to make a debut. Huskers fall to 0-2 on the season after losing 5-3. For the second straight game a horrendous 8th inning seals the fate for Nebraska. Good start for Kaminska, but not enough offense when we had opportunities and unfortunate bullpen outings.

For the second straight inning Nebraska puts runners on first and second with 0 outs and for the second straight inning cant push anyone across. Clutch hitting has been weak.
