  1. I don't know if I've ever seen a worse series of calls. I thought the replacement refs were gone.
  2. That was a good PI for Michigan. Bell had the guy clearly beat. it would've been 6.
  3. Not really. The complaint is running the same plays that aren't working, and being completely predictable with the run, run, pass on 3rd and long.
  4. How many first downs have we actually passed on? I can only remember one.
  5. This is why you're posting on an Internet forum and not coaching. Michigan backup QB in. Defense looks good. Up by 1 at home. And you want to complain that Bo doesn't go for it...l\ Yes, I'm well aware that I'm not qualified to coach a D1 college football team. I dont need u to tell me that. Thanks On the bright side, you could announce this game and do better than these clowns.,
  6. The guy drops balls all the time. Or never. One of the two.

  8. Watching the replay of Smith get run down makes me embarrassed all over again for the guy.
  9. Nice INT, but how did Smith get caught by the QB? That's got to be embarrassing.
  10. I don't think it was the offense. It was the play calling.
  11. C+ Too many penalties, not enough pressure on qb, not rolling with passing game since it seemed to be working. The lack of pressure on Robinson looked like a direct result of his ability to run. Everyone is so keyed in on staying home that they weren't generating pressure. It's actually not a bad plan since you're much rather make Robinson beat you with his arm rather than his legs. Look at the difference when that backup QB came in. There was plenty of pressure then.
  12. Impressed with the D with the exception of the stupid penalties. Offense showed flashes of brilliance on the TD drive but our running game is not working right now I'm not sure why the play calling has been so conservative except for that drive. It's been run, run, pass on 3rd and long every series except for the one we scored on. The D definitely turned in a great half.
  13. Sprained vagina. It was actually just a slight tear That happens to my girlfriend every once in a while. I went to a birthday party once where a guy having sex with his wife for the sixth time pulled his scrotum. Thankfully, there was a quasi-doctor on hand. The amazing part is not that he pulled his scrotum. It's that he was having sex with his wife.
  14. Yeah, but even if our offense can't do anything, it gives Abdullah a chance to return one. You never know. I think I agree with this. Abdullah is dangerous in the return game. Then again, the last thing we need is for him to get hurt, too... I think the fumble last week affected him. He's calling for a lot of fair catches where it looks like he actually has some room to run.
  15. So what's the official count? 2 personal fouls, a chop block, and 12 men in the huddle. All stupid penalties. It's almost like there's a pattern or something.
  16. I'm more surprised Michigan didn't try the deep ball at least Did you not see their backup QB? I'm surprised they didn't just forfeit when they got the ball back.
  17. I thought it was clear that the previous muffs affected AA's willingness to catch the ball and run with it. On at least 2 subsequent kicks, it looked like he had enough room to make a return but elected to fair catch instead.
  18. I can't remember where I say the report, but if I remember correctly, there wasn't any higher risk of getting injured returning a kick as there was on any other play. If that's the case, why not put AA back there and let him do what he does when he gets a little space.
  19. On the replay, I think it was more the way he made the contact. By extending his arms like he did, it looked like a punch to the back. I'm not saying he actually did, but I can see how a ref watching that play sees a guy who should be running down field to get to the actual play instead looks like he's punching the guy in front of him. There was no advantage to Stafford for doing that 30 yards from the play. Players need to know not to even give the ref the opportunity to misinterpret their actions in a situation like that.
  20. Tmart is not a big guy so I wouldn't expect him to run someone over. I expect him to run around people but I'm kind of glad he's more of a straight line runner rather than trying to make a lot of cuts. I've seen B. Miller injur himself twice - last year against us and this year's MSU game. Tmart's the horse we need to ride so whatever it takes not to get hurt. I agree he made a couple of questionable throws but I believe there were a couple of times he didn't make a bad throw and took a sack. I see improvement in the decision making. TM's biggest problem running is how upright he runs. It leaves him open to getting absolutely hammered if he doesn't fall down on his own. Every year he takes some viscous hits because he's so straight up when running. It's happened this year as well. His decision making is leaps and bounds better than last year. That QB coaching he got clearly has helped. I think having more confidence in his accuracy has also helped his decision making. Last year, at the first sign of trouble he would do that tuck the ball, hunch your shoulders and dance around until you fall to the ground thing. This year he's doing a much better job of keeping his head up and looking to make a play. Honestly, the only really boneheaded play was that throw when he was trying to avoid the safety. How many times do you see plays like that turn 2 points into 7? Besides that play, I thought the guy was solid and he made some fantastic throws in the 4th. Not only is his accuracy better this year, I think he's getting significantly more velocity on the ball.
