Our coaches say they trust players, but not really since Yant only had a few carries. Don’t understand that decision. Nor the decision to constantly run up the gut without running the option much. Almost like they were trying to trick Michigan or something. I also have ptsd from special team failures…What else can explain Frost going for it on 4th and 1 that early in the game?! He must have been concerned that Culp couldn’t make it. We weren’t outclassed or overwhelmed by Michigan (or anyone we played this year) which has been nice. I can watch a full game, not turn the channel by halftime. Our defense occasionally forgets that people run with their legs as they kept trying to knock them over at their shoulders instead of wrapping up. We are about 5 plays per game away from being 7-0. Which creates a lot of hope for me. And finally, I love this board and all of the posters. Both the sunshine pumpers and Debbie downers… because it’s all about the passion for this team and the hurt and hope we all have inside. It brings me back again and again despite 5-7, 4-8. Thank you all!! oh yeah, and Muck Fichigan!!

I don’t think forward progress was stopped. 2AM didn’t fully protect the ball. Both arms on the ball between the tackles. Unreal and so unfortunate… heartbroken

Is frost calling plays?

It’s interesting…all the issues that plagued us in our losses have showed up today. Bad penalties on crucial downs. Blown coverage on 3rd down, poor tackling, a turnover and missed opportunities. But it’s still just 3-0.

Can you imagine if we went for the 3 and missed it? I think everyone would be screaming …why didn’t you go for it frost?! not hating on anyone, but funny to think lol

I think it’s because our extra points are 50/50, he was imagining a missed FG from the 3 A mistake is a mistake. We should have gone for 3

Anybody been keeping track of our offense and defense depth charts from week to week. Would be interested to see how that changes week to week. And from a historical point of view, too

Reimer needs extra drills on catching a football. That’s like the 3rd gifted int I’ve seen him drop this year. Not a complaint, just an observation
