    Hummm...UPDATE: Brandon Marcello of the (Jackson) Clarion-Ledger reached Bumphis by telephone Tuesday afternoon. Bumphis said, in part, "Mississippi State never offered me money. Other schools did, I will say that."

      And OF COURSE, he signed with the school that didn't offer him incentives. Same thing happened with Cam Newton. One school offers him $100K+ and he turns it down to go to Auburn - for no money. Totally believe that.
