This is not good. Don't like how Pelini has handled this situation. I don't hear any other big name programs canning their asst. coaches the day after LOI day. Everyone fired their assts right after the bowl games and then just let the cards fall (recruiting-wise). Pelini was clearly trying to pull a fast one on these recruits, waiting until they signed binding letters of intent. This just feels wrong IMHO.

Kansas as the only unbeaten team in north diffently need to prove they are for real to keep up divisions credibility and their ranking considering their schedule thus far.

Totally agree, Why would you go to a freshman who admits he is still learning the playbook when Zack has proven he has it down. He follows the game plan and checks into the correct plays as he is coached to do. If execution all arround on offense was better we wouldn't be having these silly debates. Cody is the future but Zach is the present. With more experience he will only get better.

Doghouse. Tough to get out of once you had buried yourself 6 feet deep. And it wasn't off the field stuff. Dude has worked his butt off though and honestly deserves the chance to redeem himself. thats good to hear..... hopefully he can perform...... he certainly has the talent. so has he trimmed down? Would be good to see him back on the field, but don't remember him playing to will before.
